This means sometimes your order may take a little longer to ship but it's always worth it!
Our production time is normally 3-5 Business Days. You can find product specific production time on each product listing page.
Please allow up to 7-14 business days after your order has shipped for it to arrive when choosing Free Economy Shipping during promotional periods.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
Once the order is placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you didn’t find it in your email inbox, please check your junk/spam/social folders.
If you have misspelled or filled your shipping address incorrectly, immediately reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information within 3 hours. You can also notify us immediately via email at support@iheartgiftcart.com
Our standard production time is 3 – 5 business days. Delivery times do not include production and processing times.
Please note that production time may increase due to high volume during the Holiday season.
SHIPPING
Once your order is produced and is ready to ship, it will be marked as fulfilled in our database and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be scanned by the carrier into their tracking system and please allow 7-14 business days AFTER your order has shipped for it to arrive.

If you bought more than one product, they can be shipped separately from different locations.
Express Shipping cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Once an item leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carriers.
You can track your own shipment using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipment on the shipping partners’ website at USPS.com and/or UPS.com.
While we do have access to tracking systems which can provide information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping.
Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page. Delivery times do not include production and processing times. It is possible that unforeseen order delays (in either production or in transit) may result in orders arriving later than anticipated. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide estimates based on the transit information given by the carriers.
Transit delays are an unfortunate, yet inevitable. There are many reasons a parcel can take longer in transit than expected. If your tracking number has not updated to a new status and/or if your order hasn't arrived in 30 days after the ship date and you believe your package is lost, you will need to reach out to the delivering agency to file a claim. We cannot refund or resend orders if they are lost. Please see our refund and return policy when it might be applicable to your shipping situation.
*** Package Protection is available for jewelries only at the time of placing an order to cover for lost package/theft. If you are purchasing multiple items and you don’t see the package protection option for jewelry, please place a separate order for jewelry only.
DELIVERED ITEMS
If your tracking number status shows “delivered” with correct ZIP Code in address which you submitted in our system and you didn’t get your order, please contact your local Post Office. Check your mailbox! Many times carriers will allow USPS to assist with the completion of delivery. Any orders with tracking number status showing “delivered” cannot be refunded as it is the responsibility of your local Post Office.
